How Is the Course Assessed?

At the end of the 5-day course, candidates will complete both a written theory examination and a practical teaching assessment. During the practical assessment, candidates are required to plan and deliver a full forklift training session to a trainee, demonstrating their ability to instruct safely, clearly, and to the RTITB standard.

Successful candidates will receive their RTITB Forklift Instructor Certificate, which is valid for 3 years. This qualification is recognised across the UK and allows the holder to deliver RTITB accredited forklift operator training.
