Course Overview

Our NPORS Excavator Training teaches operators the hands-on skills and safety information they need to use both tracked and wheeled excavators with confidence, whether they are 180° or 360°.

The course is good for many fields, such as construction, groundwork, utilities, demolition, and civil engineering.

In site-style conditions, trainees learn how to dig, trench, lift, and control machines in the real world. The goal is for everyone to be able, aware of safety, and ready to work.

This training is NPORS accredited, which means that it is well-known on construction sites all over the UK and by big contractors.

Method of Assessment:

Theory Test

A theory test for NPORS with multiple choice answers.

Test in Real Life

A hands-on test in which candidates show that they can safely operate and control machines.

What You Get When You Qualify

NPORS Trained Operator Card, which can have the CSCS logo on it if you want.
Accepted on building sites all over the UK and the world
A regular NPORS card is good for up to five years without an NVQ.
If needed, you can move up to an NVQ and Blue Competent Operator Card later.
