Find our course structure below for the Semi-Experienced (Counterbalance) Forklift Training Course
Our RTITB Semi-Experienced Forklift Training Course in Counterbalance, Reach Truck, and Flexi (Bendi) provides a comprehensive instruction package totaling at least 19.5 hours. This program is structured to accommodate a maximum of three delegates, equipping them with the necessary skills to operate a forklift truck safely and effectively. Participants will learn how to conduct a pre-use inspection and will be able to identify and explain the causes of truck and load instability.
This course is tailored for individuals who have prior experience operating a counterbalance forklift truck but have not undergone formal training. The RTITB course aligns with the standards outlined in the HSE Code of Practice L117, allowing successful candidates to operate any counterbalance forklift with a lifting capacity of up to 5000 kg (upon authorization) throughout the UK.
The Semi-Experienced Forklift Training Counterbalance Course includes a classroom lecture, DVD presentation, written assessment, and hands-on practical training and evaluation.
